Multi Sport Athletes
As Michigan football comes to an end, many athletes are resting for their upcoming winter sports. At Mount Pleasant, they value athletes playing multiple sports and not just focusing on football. If an athlete is only specifically training for one sport, they are constantly using the same muscles every day which increases the chances of injury. If one plays multiple sports, they are utilizing the specific muscles for whichever sport they are playing. Properly developing all of one's muscles is the key of playing collegiate sport and limits the chance of injury. As they go into the winter season, be sure to support them in whatever sports they play!
